Leveraging the latest BIM technology Softwares, MEP & Structures, we create virtual 3D BIM Models that allow Design Validation, MEPF Clash Detection & Resolution, Accurate BOQ's, Construction sequencing and Material scheduling.
We assist our Clients from the Concept Stage to Completion with a Clear understanding of different International standards and Codes providing complete BIM solutions.

At AVC we believe that Architecture is about understanding all the Passive and Active Attributes influencing the Space and Logically transforming and Balancing these attributes into a Built-form, Practical Feasibility, Psychology and Requirement of the user, Spiritually in tune with the Surrounding.
Moreover one has to understand the By-Laws, Budget, Social Acceptance and Allied Services for the Design and Formulate Sequence of Priorities accordingly, which is different for every Project. We started our Firm in 2008 with the name of ‘Sharpline Architects’ in partnership with Architect Chandrashekhar Danave. The Firm Currently is Renamed as ‘AVC’, Directed by Architect Vishal Charjan doing a Multidimensional Practice as Design Architects for Mass Housing Townships, Institutes, Commercial Complexes, High-end and Second Home Projects in Karjat, Neral, Pune, Nashik, Navi-Mumbai, Alibaug, Palghar and mostly all over Maharashtra and many States of the India.
AVC is also Instrumental in Designing Projects at Rajasthan, Bangladesh, Kenya and got his Association as Architectural Associate for Engineering Companies like Axis Consultants Pvt. Ltd, Insteel Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and Interbuilt Ltd Kenya. Our Association helps us to be Abreast with the Current updates in Design Software's and Technology. Architect Vishal Charjan was also a visiting faculty at Hiray college of Architecture and also called upon as a Jury Member at various Architecture Colleges and ACE Grandstand event.
